Launced in September 2011, Studenty.me is on course to become the online student community in Ireland. Led by a dedicated team of student media editors, Studenty.me has grown to almost 200 student online journalists, based in nine locations covering the island of Ireland. Studenty.me’s satirical, anti-establishment style has seen visitor numbers increase steadily and expects to see it’s millionth visitor by year end 2012.
Studenty.me is excited to announce a partnership with BalconyTV.
BalconyTV is all about music performed live on balconies, filmed and then shared with the world. Dozens of cities now participate on a central website which has achieved over 24 million views of over 5,500 videos and growing. In 2008 BalconyTV was shortlisted for a Webby Award. Notable acts that have appeared on BalconyTV include, The Script, Mumford & Sons, Temper Trap, Jessie J and the Buzzcocks.
Studenty.me’s partnership with BalconyTV will involve a swap of videos for editorial content, adding to the value proposition of both sites.
